Gon the spirit beast raptor rare from org is pretty amazing too.
This is just…. objectively wrong. You're not even comparing like with like. You're testing a cunning pet against a ferocity pet. They're both used for different purposes and not even close to the M+ content you're using in your example. Nor are you ever pressing mend pet… the button designed to keep your pet alive. Also, pets can't taunt dungeon bosses, and they are not able to AoE taunt trash packs. You would do better for preventing a wipe on trash using binding shot and tar trap.
The widely accepted best mythic plus pet for BM is a tenacity spirit beast unless you're the one required to bloodlust for the group. A spirit beast brings some (small) passive healting an extra defensive and more HP for both you and that pet. A much better choice for hunter survivability overall in keys.
