Without transmog options, it’ll still be a lesser played race. Not to the extent of mechagnome though lol
New visage forms as well, you should be able to choose your visage form but that’ll never happen because it’s lazier to just make everything blood elf apparently

I appreciate that dracthyr are slowly easing into two other classes first before making them all available right away. I can see what Ion means about how things would fit narratively and I respect the decision he and the rest of the team are making to make dracthyr feel like they are a full race with culture and variety instead of just a cool side feature. having a dracthyr warrior sounds really cool and I hope blizzard takes the time to make the race feel as in depth and full of lore as the main races. I dont want them to rush anything personally, Im willing to wait for a feature as long as it ends up being good overall with only a few bugs and not completely broken at release with no fixes.
"It makes sense that the events of dragonflight come to an end" and dracthyr gets more classes. How about Legion came to an end so why not a 3rd DH spec ( warden, spellcaster, whatever) or at least more races as DH?
Here I am just still waiting on class specific character customisations.

I have a remix hunter set up for a race chance if we ever get hunter drachtyr, I would really love more xmog looks for the dragon form it would be nice to be in my dragon form with hunter transmog or what not and not just shoulders or belts maybe same for other classes they could be!~♡
They are going to add the classes that every race can be for sure. Mages, Rogues, Hunters, Warriors, Priests. These classes are all very symbolic archetypes for classes in rpg games, and blizz already made them available for all races in DF minus the drakthyr for "lore reasons". I would think that this philosophy would be moving forwards. The same cannot be said for Death Knights because, well, we dont really have a way to make new DKs without getting the Shadowlands involved.

imagine we could be one of those cool big beefy guard dragons in valdrakken and you had a melee and tank spec for them, im kinda dissapointed the dragon class ended up being only casters on top of only being able to be the skinny not as cool looking ones

always thouight warrior and mage make the most sense but as someone who loves the race and now just burnt out playing the class i hope we get a warlock
