I have tried to level a Shaman many times and just never can get through the levelling, I totally get dropping a toon you are not enjoying.

priest is one of the best classes for hardcore, once you get a wand, it makes a huge difference, i levelled tailoring to make items i could disenchant as its not too hard to get the mats for the magic wands, you only need the copper rod that vendors sell to make them, after that drop enchanting as its terrible for hardcore, will enjoy watching your priest, just watch out for the elevator in UC!!! i remember you losing a priest there once 🙂

Is undead better for priest than troll?
My first class when I started playing WoW 15-17 years ago was an undead priest.
The shadow magic, turning purple, undead and darkness.

I been mainly priest since 2006 . Started undead and just recently went alliance priest. Good luck. BTW what is the addon that changes your quest log text. Loke when you read or hand it in
Love forsaken and happy to see another play-through. Once you get that wand it’s a game changer. Those three hounds without that wand would have been bad news.
Now I'm all about this playthrough, please follow the Silverpine Route instead of Barrens, Silverpine is one of my favorite zones to level.
