Are you not high enough for theramore isle yet?
What's funny about the breadcrumb quest to Theramore is that it sends you to Thousand Needles.
As far as leveling tailoring, have you checked trade vendors or the ah for new recipes you could use? I know fishing isn't the most exciting content, but fishing in floating wreckage could get you more wool and silk. "Tightly Sealed Trunks" should have wool and "Iron BoundTrunks" should have silk and mageweave.
