  1. I'm likely going to be in the crowd that hates this. I've played plenty of games throughout my life that feature driving mechanics. In most of those cases, especially when the driving is either a side or optional aspect of the game, I never like it. However, there are plenty of games that feature driving where I absolutely loved it and excelled at it.

The reason I feel like I'm going to hate it with WoW is that whenever Blizzard tries to imitate something from another game, they often do it poorly. This reeks of trying to imitate other games that are not built like MMOs and are not built on three decade old antiquated engines like WoW is.

I get the feeling that this is going to be a very annoying experience overall that I'm going to wind up just wanting to get done ASAP and not have to deal with again for the rest of the day when the dailies are all finished.

  2. The small objects need to be destructible on the user's side. It would fix that problem for the most part and would feel a little more chaotic and destructive will speeding around.

  3. The thing that sucks most about D.R.I.V.E. is that it already shows that it's lagging, because the engine can't keep up with rendering the assets fast enough.
Even on a super high end machine this feature causes lagspikes/FPS issues. Why… just why.

  4. I was already at the "I just don't fecking care anymore" stage even before clicking on this video, and this nonsense just clinches it. What the hell are they doing? Plunderstorm was already an eternal low-point, and somehow they brought it back, and now this as well. Eff it. Eff it all, the FOMO and the ludicrous grinding alike.

  6. No longer play this game. Falsely accused by a narcisstic employee at blizzard. You know how to deal with a narcisstic person. You put them on the unemployment line. 0 dollars spent this year and future years and it’s staying that way. For you loyal wow players your false accusation is not if but when. You have been warned.

  7. Oh, that "frogger-boss".. If I remember correctly I had to use netherwalk and some potions to quickly go through that passage and kick the boss or something. I also remember that I not always did a good job with it… Even with dragon riding I tend to bump into stuff If I go too fast. xD

  8. This would be cool for a spinoff arcade racing game similar to like Diddy Kong or Mario Kart but as for a main game addition this is a bit too off the wall for what WoW is supposed to be. WoW really just needs to get back to that Medieval Fantasy MMORPG that is was made fans fall in love with the game to begin with.

  9. LOL this drive is going to be a nightmare. People are going to be getting D/Ced all the time. Just like dragon flying if u clip something funny you get d/ced. Now we are on the ground with WAY more things to clip funny so many more opportunities to d/c.

  10. Been a player since beta. Liked dragon riding, but have never been into the goblin tech thing, let alone bringing Mario Cart into WOW. I know in advance I'll hate this patch. I long for the days when people actually spoke to other people in dungeons…

  11. The game should now be renamed to "Scenarios of Warcraft" since all this "features" only make you skip the "World" easier to rapidly farm quests in a limited space in the map and get to max lvl AFAP.
