Yeah the big chunks of health is because they have not fully removed pvp scaling but once shadowlands release hits undergeared players will not do as much dmg to someone that is like 10 to 15 ilvls higher than them

Baj. If you want to be insanely strong in low level bgs make some cata or MoP engineer goggles with cog slots. Buy the cogs from the engineer vendor. 2 +16 secondary stats is huuuuge. Also there is a cata trinket with cog slots.
Just wait until you get Double Tap and Streamline

it seems to be they are trying to bring back that Wrath of the lich king pvp feeling, since most of the classes that he plays in pvp, use the same talents specs like back in wrath, like "Arms, Unholy, MM, Sub rogue" used to be insane in Wrath and this expansion is trying somehow to bring back that flavour
