  1. I know holy priest could use some love from Blizzard and this build might not be new for others, but after trying it out myself I was pleasantly surprised by its power!

    What were your initial impressions?

  2. Also bro I switched to venthyr a while ago from the guide meta of kyrian and I can tell you now mind games is 10x better it has so much, mana bk, healing on tank, dmg on mob. Kyrian 3m CD is shit

  3. Showing the holy priest some love. Nice Mad, tearing down the toxicity of the class. I hope you keep playing it some, and keeping us posted on if your “honeymoon” lasts. Great video, keep it up Mad.

  4. I had no idea the legendary worked that way, for some reason I assumed the buff would be consumed by your next Heal cast, but it lasts for 15s and you can refresh it easily, mind blown xD

  5. Actually, I think Venthyr is better for both Disc and Holy priest, since it provides a lot of damage and a preemtive heal to both. Holy benefits much less from Boon since it cannot really utilize the damage from Ascendet Blast as much as disc does. Also the soulbinds are way better for venthyr. The only other reasonable choice for Holy would be Night Fae to further buff allies and manage mana cost.

Gameplaywise it would be more interesting to build up more powerful stacks with Flash Heal and then consume them with Heal imo.

  6. Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU for putting this together! Holy priest has been my main spec for a VERY long time and ive been memed on in this current M+ environment to the point that i dont really want to do M+ anymore, even my weekly 14. I hope this gets spread around and the community perception of holy changes a bit.

  7. Tried a +12 without the legendary last night. Timed it, but had a hard time. Did a +11 later WITH the legendary. The difference was insane. Still maining disc, but happy I gave this a try. Will be nice for those weeks I get tired of Shadow Mend spam. Change it up with some Heal spam! 😀

  8. This video made me so psyched to level my priest again. This what I miss from Holy-Pal, real synergy with spells and conduits. Holy Pal is ok but it's not fun. So much missed opportunity’s with the current Holy-Pal legendaries. They work but that’s just it.
I think they went to far to avoid what happened in BFA. They are scrambling to fix it but it’s too late imho.
I would love to see some kind of martyr build you sacrifice health to heal. You can do that now but a good mitigating component preventing you dying is not there right now.
