I wish they would end time walking and just make all the expansions scale/replayable and provide awards better than 5g per quest.
Maybe create a new currency, copy guild wars 2 a bit.
During 9.1.5 lore we will see Blizzard laying the groundwork for the upcoming alliance between Tyrande and Sylvanas. As the two most aggrieved parties of the Jailers machinations, they will get the killing blow on the Jailer at the end of the expansion. This is a well known fact. 😛

They will give you everything that you should have had when shadowlands launched. all to late of course.
I remember seeing somewhere that there were HD Stormwind assets datamined a few months ago. Imagine instead of bg remasters, we got capital city remasters instead. Probably not all at once, but maybe just SW and Org? 😀
Basically all of the things you mentioned.
-Definitely Troll & Draenei or Pandaren (A & H) Heritage armor sets and questlines.
-Hopefully, they'll add some features to help alts.
-Unlimited Anima, not 35K limit.
-I can only hope for more character customization. X.5 patches seem like a great opportunity for that.
-They need to increase the Archivist faction reputation. It should be easier because it's taking way too longer than Death's Advance to reach lvl 6 which is the same as Exalted.
-My personal wish is that I hope they'll make all past Shadowform visuals for Shadow Priests available in Barbershop – the same way we can choose between druid forms. I've been spamming them for some time and I hope they'll listen to me because they don't need to make anything new when old Shadowforms are still in the files as some NPCs use them.
Hopefully, we see a return for Heritage Armors. They were some of my favorite parts of Battle for Azeroth as they gave me a reason to level alts and gave some bits of lore to the core races of WoW! We're still missing the Orcs, Trolls, Forsaken, Humans, Night Elves, and Draenei!

Not a big thing, but I wish they would give us more solo queuing options. Specifically for the legion invasion end scenario and island expeditions. Solo islands would be a great little time sink.
Hopefully we can forget about what blizz did. Make Sylvanas a good guy.
