Maybe frost mage glacial spike build is viable now? They buffed icicle damage by 12% and frostbolt damage by 8% which also increases icicle damage. Idk, might try it out.

can confirm I made the convoke leggo on my ilvl 218 boomie after I could get some soul ash back from leggos I wasnt using, average 1m damage a game just from spamming sunfire and starfall
