  1. In WoD Darion Mograine seek save way to unLichKing Bolvar. So at least he suspected that LK was't nessesary. He is an error in warcraft univerce, In intro in the Maw he used parts of Helm of Domination and nothing. This DK, created by KelThuzad, who is alied with Zovaal In Jailer domain use powerful Maw relict and nothing happened. Not that Darion was immune for domination magic, few days before Bolvar as LK could mind control him. Not mention Shadowmourne, apparently this young DK could make axe powerful like Frostmourne. So either KelThuzad was that good in teaching magic or Darion somehow was that good weaponsmith.

  2. Bolvar wasn’t supposed to take the throne, the crown called out for Tirion and Bolvar interjected, he was already damned, might as well put the crown on the control the scrounge. The Jailer as we now know wanted to control Bolvar but he resisted, and with his unique tie to both life and death that made things worse. Sylvannas got roped into all of it and broke the cycle after the 3rd failed attempt at controlling a lich king. Now we have Anduin who has seemingly been for ever changed but also has a unique tie to life and light as well as death, just like bolvar. Meaning that when they go back, someone will need to control the scourge from devouring all life on Azeroth. This will probably mean Anduin will be the new leader of the damned with bolvar as his mentor just as they lead forces of the alliance in life. Turalyon still holds the vacant throne and will lash out against abominations of the light and anyone who doesn’t adhere to his radical ideologies. This is all being set up right before our very eyes.

  3. If it was a lie then they could still salvage it. It wasn't a lie, they meant it and then retconned it because the writers at Blizzard are incompetent. They should be writing short stories on the back of cereal boxes not writing for a multi-million dollar mmo. Just my 2 cents.

  4. I've heard you say this before and you're wrong when you're saying (showing in this case) that Lothraxion is the agent that was discovered by the light. If that were true then the timelines don't add up at all since he's also been serving the Burning Legion (he jumped ship from the legion to the Army of the Light). The Nathrazim joining the Burning Legion must have happened AFTER their "exile" from Revendreth.

  5. Could it be that the Void attacked Maldraxxus because the Void knew Madraxxus would come to Bastion's aid.
    Like a diversion maybe?
Unless that didn't happen at the same time, ofcourse.
    (Obligatory comment for the algorithm.)

  6. "The Boy King serves at the Master's Table. Three Lies will he tell you".
The Boy King, Arthas? Succeeding his Father when he killed him in Lordaeron made Arthas the King there, and he was just a boy. And if Arthas was ment to bring in Zovaal.. Well..
Also, "Three lies will he till you, the first already told" – The first was that there must always be a Lich King?

  7. About "Anduin's" voice as he starts talking with Zovaals voice. The little reverb is there for Sylvanas as well to a smaller degree. And it is there for all Death Knights and most/all Undead. You can Enable/Disable it in Sound settings. Dunno if that is nothing more than an artistic choice.

  8. Okay, the Void once again. When Shadowlands began, I mentioned that I thought that the Shadowlands was whole at one point. That every soul went to the Maw. That is until the void corrupted the souls. The "Purpose" of the covenants is to remove the corruption before the souls returned to the Maw. Now, the Maw (the machine of Death) is broken, and all they did was imprison the one that broke it there. At least that's was my guess going in.

  9. oh that voice yes and after bolivar Dawn's the helmet his voice picks that up too. but I think it is yogg, simply because the old gods dont feel like the void, but they helped create mortal life and flesh life on azeroth I feel they are servants of zovaal

  10. Nonononono, ACCO!!!! Infoilhat theory here: there muat always be a lich king- by having one, the hemlet will never be destroyed and the veil will never be broken. The jailer will be jailed forever. Maybe Arthas father knew that and warned us.

Btw, i write this based solely on the title, i am turning the video on on the big tv, vuz big fckers must be watched on big screens.
    Lovs.

Edit 1: the scourge is countering the burning legion imo.

  11. There must always be, on azeroth, as long as there is scourge to keep under control. If a massive purging and reclaiming of loarderon and northrend were to happen, technically it would be able to shelf the lk. Do note that phrase was well before the jailer was retconned in.

  12. canonically the Scourge did go crazy and kill a bunch of people when the helm was broken right? it's just the only place that was shown in-game (so far?) was the Kyrian campaign

  13. I think apoc's theories sometimes are way out there but I kind agree with some of what he is saying in this clip. As there always must be a lich king. That wasn't a lie. The amount of scourge that is across azeroth need to be controlled. The mindless ones need to be told what to do or they will just attack anything and everything. I believe that was taranes talking to tirion. We did just shatter frostmourne at that point and all of the half souls had been released into the shadowlands.

True that zovaal was the helm's master and manipulated the person wearing it but someone still needs to control the dead and if they can kill off the dead. That is why when the helm was destroyed the strong minded undead took over factions of mindless and started attacking everywhere in azeroth.

As for what the paragon said about the void in the light. She wasn't saying they are useless powers. She was saying it doesn't matter what your views were in life and which powers you followed. They don't control which afterlife you go it. All that matters is how you lived your life.

I am pretty sure there are hints in different quests why the void attacked the shadowlands and how they got in..

  14. Well, it seems like the Light is really serving the Jailer. Giving him its champions(Arthas, Bolvar and Anduin), defeating wayward Lich Kings … I'm not too sure about this, but sounds legit.

The warning about "There must always be a Lich King" might still have been true, but with the opening of the Veil to the Shadowlands, the Jailer could have taken direct control, holding the Scourge back for the next step of his plan instead of simply letting it devour Azeroth … except of course if he thinks the souls of the Scourge have fullfilled their purpose.

  15. I just watched you're video on the everliving, and i just realised something. We see these statues at the dark portal, a portal opened by first taking/draining draenei souls. When we look at the warcraft movie it looks like Gul'dan is litteraly taking anima from these draenei and putting it in the portal. Could there be a connection here? Maybe the first ones and the everliving both use anima to power their "systems" and they're fighting over it? Just a random thought

  16. Im pretty sure King Terenas was actually the Jailer in disguise when he said ''There must always be a Lich King'' because he didn't want to lose his only connection to Azeroth so he forced someone, anyone, to take up the helm. Might be a 5Head thought but it does make a lot of sense in my mind

  17. Sylvannas bitch slapped Bolvar because she wielded the Lich King’s source of power. Why did Tyrande bitch slap Sylvannas’s death magic? Elune must be far more powerful than the Jailor, or just negates it completely. Thoughts?

  18. Probably an old observation and doesn't really relate to this video. A couple of months ago you mentioned how the Emerald Dream, Reality and Shadowlands create a closed loop system. They don't though, the circuit ends on with one of the two moons. Who is represented by the moon?(Elune)

  19. Question: If when the Lich King killed someone he split their souls, ie. Uther or Sylvanas, into a bad version and a good version. We have seen Uthers split soul. But, we haven't seen Sylvanas split soul. Wouldn't there also be a good version of Sylvanas out in the Shadowland somewhere? We have only seen the version of Sylvanas that the Lich King had made into the Banshee Queen (Bad version). So do you believe, at some time, the good version of Sylvanas in the Shadowlands will come on the scene just in time to help take down the Sylvanas we know?? I haven't heard anybody discussing this hypothesis. Just curious what you guys think.

  20. why do you always have this wrong guy on your channel who says wrong things all the time

  21. When Terenas speaks, that 2nd voice is just a SOUND EFFECT for being a ghost in WoW too make it sound idk eerie?. And Bolvar does this too. Sheesh TF you guys thinking nowadays?? 😂😂😂
And there must always be a lich king coz there are leftover Undead Scourges around and who will control them w/o a LK. They will rampage (oh yeah, it happened right when bolvar got owned by Sylv) all around the globe. There must always be a LIchNK KING .

  22. I think that Zoval actually awakend only after Bolvar took the crown, because The Presence of Ner'zul, Arthas and the "good" Arthas probably surpressed Zoval. But When Bolvar took over, there was no Ner'zul, no Arthas. Just him and well Zoval it seems

  23. Seemed pretty obvious that it was a lie, since the helm and sword was created later in Azeroths history. If there always had to be a lich king, then it would have been there since the birth of Azeroth and it was not.

  24. Literally any time we kill an Old God, something bad happens literally the next xpack..
Vanilla WoW: Cthun is slain by 40 heroes in AQ40.
The Dark Portal reopens from Outland into Azeroth.
    WotLK: Yogg-Saron dies, Cataclysm Happens
MoP: The leftover essences of Y’Shaarj are defeated finally and the Heart is drained of all its power. Garrosh escapes setting off Warlords.

(Below is strictly a theory and is not canon.)
Legion has Xalatath and Ilygnoth which are most likely lesser Old Gods who already conquered a planet for the void lords (maybe the one we see in the Star Augur fight from Nighthold), and came to help their greaters, but were defeated during the original fight against the Black Empire. Illy being pulled into the Emerald Nightmare after connecting to the world tree in Ungoro Crater. N’zoth most likely turned Xalataths essence into the Blade of the Black Empire to make use of her again later as he always has plans within plans within plans. (Hope you like my little theory Accolon!)

BFA has the most Old God deaths in an expansion thus far with the artificially created old god Ghuun, Illys final death in nyalotha as well as Nzoth.
Then Sylvanas goes rogue and ditches the horde for Zovaal, taking down Bolvar and breaking the Helm, setting off Shadowlands.
Which lands us here, seeing Manduin go to the dark side, Elunes wrath coming to its either culmination or it’s end until she shows up herself (minus subtle hints). Great point Apocalypse on bringing up what Metzan said before and thanks for sparking my inner lore nerd 😁

  25. I think that, "There must always be a Lich King" is a partial quote. The part that is missing is "to keep the scourge at bay." As far as the void attacking, because the void sees multiple paths, they could have seen that their attacking the Shadowlands had the potential to give them the most favorable scenarios.
