You complain about the integrity of the game but have ALWAYS chosen your own self interest over the game when presented with the option.
Alot of gdkp players are top 10% the average player has under 5k gold on wrath and sucks so their experiences aren't the same normal players think if gdkp lose away the good players will play with them but really the top players who gdkp on alts just won't play alts
look people wanna skip farming skip everything and yeah sometimes you need to stop things you can buy for the gold so people grind themselfs but i agree , ban the bots finally….
Look people aren't kids but if you act like a kid they'll treat u as one. They cant moderate every alt and bot account because they can always make more. So 2 choices. 1 you give players a system, they abuse it, you tell them to stop, they say idgaf, you remove it cause you are talking to children, 2 you change the system a bit (ie you cant buy gold with irl money ~ this is also not viable for them cause you know, they get real money for it). Thats it, really its that simple, if you cant abide the rules and moderate yourself, we are gonna take that feature you liked, end of

Add a limit if 1k gold when entering the raid simple solution and add a limit for it and an added solution forcing people to pick 1 char being involved in to raids so that char can spend 1k gold max each raid once u start it solved 🙂
I think GDKP is like "pay to win" in a way. I support the ban.

if you're full bis, you just sell ticket runs. have 'n' number of leach spots in a raid. So a gold buyer just pays gold for all melee gear and another pays gold for caster gear, and a 3rd pay for tank gear, etc.
Without GDKP there will be just less raiders and less raids available.
They already dont enforce the rules against gold buying, I imagine they'll similarly not enforce the rule against GDKP.
can't we like have a system where you can only trade with people who you are friend with since like a week, so you can still fairly trade with friends and shit items and all, but it would slow down the rate of gold seller on website and shit ? or am i missing something

I took his "time is money friend" statement to mean that he really doesn't want to have to invest time into loot management systems traditionally used by guilds that need to be tracked/maintained, etc. I've led a guild for 3 years as well as managed gdkp raids during that time and the amount of time spent needed to manage things like your loot system, attendance/bench tracking, recruiting to keep a full roster etc is not infinitesimal. Leading is a ton of work- most of which is unseen by regular raiders. It's a lot less work for me to run a gdkp raid than run a guild raid and have to maintain all the structures associated with it. Just my 2 cents.
