being a limited event makes it a bit harder to spread u time towards this event, with my method u will be able to reach renown 40 fairly fast compared to others as u see in the video i’m 30 atm, aiming to be 40 soon

good guide, i try to die in the storm especially if another player is chasing me, this way they cannot get my loot and level up on me.
I wonder if it's just more efficient to run into the storm and not give the other players any loot/XP
for me its been land get smashed by a team of players respawn repeat not had any luck at all
If I could change anything right now, I'd remove that waiting lobby docks. It's a pain in the ass waiting for the match (especially if you come from a streak of getting killed too fast), what "preparation" do I need anyway if it's random every time? And people fooling around with the barrels. Ah yeah haha, very funny, I can't even talk to the npc because of the barrels, oh we all landed into the water hehe. It was funny the first MILLIONTH TIMES, now it's just a nuisance.

Yep, I like how they did it like this. For non pvpers you can do what you are doing and for pvpers they can do what pvpers do. win win for everyone
One more tip I wish to add:
Pick a small race.
Goblin
Vulpera
Gnome
Mechagnome
It makes it easier for you to hide and gives you more time to farm plunder
They need to have 4-5 mins of non-PvP at the start of each match to let people get quests done, before the drooling mouth breathers can attack you. It's pointless at the start anyway, let people get some stuff worth having first. Idiots. I HATE PvP.
How the hell did you go so long without the maxed trolls nuking you before the second storm collapse? The elemental island in the northeast is a good spot to grab a ton of rep real fast. Unless one of the nuketrolls find me, I've been walking away with around 1000 rep each match by starting on that island or the horde base nearby.
Its not about not giving up for me, as much as having a limited amount of time to play. Then it becomes I need to get lucky during the limited time i have to play. This does not always happen, and i of course have no control over luck (RNG). Sure I can do things to help, but just bc i do those things doesnt mean it will. Then it starts to feel like im wasting time. This is what is frustrating.
RNG isnt as important if you have hours and hours and hours to play.
no thanks, I feel more rewarded by not touching the mode at all
