You just said you could buy it from the auction house but it will cost you MORE than a gold cap. Which is impossible because you can't go higher than the gold cap because that's means it's the top of the amount of gold you can make.

I spent months farming #9. #8 took me forever but it was well worth it. I'm working on #5 but luck hasn't been good to me yet. #4 I was lucky and it flew over my head while I was questing in Storm Peaks back in Wrath. #3 took me months to get. #1 took me years to get. Where's Rivendare's Charger? It took me a long time to get that one at 0.01% chance of dropping.

For the number 1 spot, a friend of mine made an entire guild late in WoTLK just to farm that mount rofl, he got it in the end and dissapeared forever
When i got the B-12 or i think its called that, the dragon that Rend rode in upper brm. Just a famtastic good looking mount

My wife got the heavenly onyx cloud serpent on her first kill, then! We went south to kill the son of galleon and SOME HOW she got it’s mount also on the first kill…. HOW THE HELL?!?!

Swift Zulian Tiger is still the nicest of them all. That mount back in the day made everyone jealous….especially because its the only useable saber mount Horde could use as well back then
Zg mounts bought in BM are all welfare mounts. Those who bought it didn't put in the work to loot it as a drop.
Well, I have 3 of 10. Could be worse.
Back in WotLK I got the Time-Lost Proto-Drake before I could even use it, maybe the second day of the expanson's launch. When I got it, I didn't even use it because my Gladiator mount was faster

I managed to get Timereaver back in Warlords of Draenor not long after it came out, It still baffles me that so many people get hyped over getting it now days haha
I ran new Karazan twice and got midnight, I was running it with my GF because the smoldering ember drake looked cool and I wanted it, and since she’s played WAYYY longer than me she ran me through it and she was so jealous, later on we did the old one for the lols because why not, and I got fiery warhorse on my first run, she wasn’t very happy
