Yes, of course. It was impossible to someone else, like, I don't know, Uther or maybe Jaina, to say the last words for Arthas, that was another spotlight for Sylvanas.
What is wrong with Blizzard? Why this shitty character get everything? How can they betray so fundamentally the core of her writting when at the same time you have Garrosh who claims he will fuck everyone else another time if he has the chance to?
sylvannas get redemption after killing thousands, burning down nightelf's starting area and literally sending every soul to hell good and bad. wtf is this shit…
What i really wanted was an Arthas redemption, like Illidan and every other damn main boss in this game
Its funny that they did the same thing in WoD with Grom Hellscream. Commits genocide, gets turned on by his master, "oops sorry lol I'll help you take him down! I know his plans! For Draenor!" All is forgiven.
It is so disappointing writing, only to offer redemption to Sylvanas, blatant nostalgy grab with Arthas returning as a Lich-King or some shit would be far better at this point. His story, was actually tragic, his only sin while he had control over his actions was pride and blind determination, which was actually a pretty good "cautionary" tale only to receive such a disappointing ending.

I liked the part where the writers asks us to forget Arthas and like their shit characters instead lol
At first, I was mixed about the last moments of Garrosh. short, but it was him.
Now I realize how Blizzard can ruin a character even in his grave.

This small luminous sphere that is supposedly Arthas represents at this very moment the little hope that has just disappeared.

When Anduin turned into D4RK_Anduin in the Blizzcon cinematic for the 9.1, I litterally screamed when i saw his design. For me, it was clear Arthas was returning.
I'm so fucking disappointed. I'm mad, i'm angry, i'm furious.
Fuck Sylvanas, I wanted Arthas so much. And this end, my god, it is so bad. There is no point to even mention Arthas, such an important character, to just say "look, this floating bubble is Arthas ! Goodbye Arthas, I hope everyone forget your name, see you never !".
Screw you, the one who wrote this part of the story, and thought it was the best idea.
No one wants it. We wanted to see Arthas, hear him, talk to him, or if it was so complicated, we would rather have nothing.

This was shit. So sad. We get to see 3 of the dead characters we have been waiting for since shadowlands started and we get them at the end with 5 second dialogue lol and how they did arthas wow just wow thats the worst writing ever. So many amazing and valiant questlines and lore could of been created by using arthas, saurfang,varian, garrosh, and a few others why did they not use lothar, or fandral staghelm, anastarian, grom hellscream, king terenas, cairned bloodhoof, ogrim doomhammer, and then just turn it into old heroes of lore fighting with us and new heroes against whats suppose to be the ultimate defining evil in all of WoW the jailer. Also how amazing would it of been if uther, arthas, and anduin dealt the final blow to the jailer in a cinematic with all of them exhausted arthas says its finally over.
This is actually the first time I'm very disappointed
This was blizzards versus of Tge Last Jedi, “forget the past kill it if you have too”. They what you to forget about Arthas and the awesome storytelling of the past and embrace the crappy new characters and narratives.
