Hiya Folks! Well, we're near the end of Shadowlands. Crazy to imagine the story would reach this far when just two years ago we were wrapping up BFA and our tentacle overlord. The lip-synch has improved significantly in these in-game cutscenes, and the animation has been phenomenal! That said, I really hope we never made it out of N'zoth's carapace in Ny'alotha and he placed us all under one big illusion while his Empire conquered Azeroth and that we'll be waking up soon in 10.0 to find this was all a dream. Love live Daddy Nzoth. Tentacles for ALL!

Why did Argus go to the shadowlands? even if he was twisted by death, he’s still a titan of order and so goes to the titan afterlife/realm.

I want to hate this, but I have so little care for the plot at this point, I can't hate it. But, I mean, literally who thought of this? Like what thinking went into making Pelagos, a character only Kyrian players really get to know, the Arbiter? I feel like I can't look away from this fiery car wreck of a narrative.
This is the equivalent of Bran becoming King in Game Of Thrones

This was a very well made cinematic. Great animation, great voice acting. It's just a shame the story note doesn't really hit at all because it doesn't feel like there are any stakes, and a portion of the playerbase has no connection to the Kyrians to begin with. Might've been cooler if he actually lost his memory so there was actually some tragedy behind it being a decision for the greater good, but it's literally just regular Pelagos but big and golden

I've only played WoW for the span of a few hours or so, years ago when I did a free trial. I played as a Jungle Troll, and despite some people saying it's not worth it (time, graphics, etc.), I got sucked into it, and only didn't pay for membership because I wasn't old enough to handle my own online finances at the time, and no way my parents would've let me pay for it.
Nonetheless, I constantly keep up with the story and lore, and listen to the music in my spare time. I feel kinda sad, thinking about what could have been.
This expansion started off soo compelling ans turned into absolute crap. Did like all the writers quiet and burn their notes??? #shadowlandsneverhappened

Despite the horrific mess they made of the rest of it, I do agree that Pelagos is a worthy substitute as arbiter. This is why I continue to watch, there may indeed be little nuggets of good story that can be rejoined to the timeline despite the fact I consider most of it to be unworthy of being considered cannon.
There are much more fitting words but I think we can rise above what blizz has become, we don't need to stoop to their level to point out their ineptitude at this point. To me, most of 9.1 is worth salvaging but my line stops there… except in cases like this end to the position of arbiter (I'm still drawing another fate for Argus though, a warped titan used as a weapon against the false arbiter… maybe a partial influence into the final creation? As Ultron became to Vision, a useful component instead of an overriding whole)
To be honest, Shadowlands looked very promising when they announced it and in the beginning… but boy… am I glad this dumpster fire or an expansion is coming to an end because this shit was not enjoyable. But nice to see that they fixed the shattering sky over ICC again, because it makes it look like this expansion never happened. Which it really looked like they want you to forget asap. Only Denathrius was the only character in this expansion that wasn't written like shit and that I liked and enjoyed the most.
Can we… can we be done with this already? This is beyond confusing and hard to follow, and so uninteresting. Wow won't be the same ever again.
