Bro, how come you complain about not getting into grp, but then u bash people for their server, only having 11 ilvl over you. You are just creating more problems for people that are starting lower and would need tips from you. With this „help“ you are just making it harder for them.
One thing I would recommend is focusing on group comp that can properly deal with affixes. For example, you might want to prioritize a priest healer/dps during a bursting week or a soothing class during enraging (rogue/druid/hunter). Likewise, you always want to bring a lust class and a battle res class (shaman, mage, hunter/DK, lock, druid). Most importantly, know your own class (rotation/gear/talents), study the routes (know what pulls you want to have cd's up for), stun/interrupt as much as possible, and look for signs your tank needs help kiting so you can snare/slow/drop treants/earth elemental. Lastly, don't be toxic, if you spend time typing about how garbage someone is, you are probably not doing the long list of things you can do to compensate for a wipe, etc.

stopped watching at "auto decline players from this server" with no explanation as to why
This is a guide on how to be more elitist and toxic … and it's only a +4. You're only incentivizing a worse community with these "tips and tricks".
