Top 10 Worst Legion Legendaries (World of Warcraft)

During legion it was possible to get legendary items from doing activities such as raiding, mythic+, emissary caches, and so on. Players were guaranteed to get at least one legendary during their time playing legion, with this rate being substantially increased as the expansion was coming to a close. Each one had its own use in a possibly niche way, but some were just far worse than anything else in that category.

  1. Legion, as great as the expansion as it was, had a horrible way of getting legendaries. You would feel hyped up when you heard the legendary chime only to look at the legendary and feel like shit when it wasnt one you wanted for your build. Considering the build that you wanted was just a single legendary, later on two, you were more than likely getting a shit legendary.

  2. I played a ton of Feral Druid in Legion, before Blizzard decided that snapshotting should nr scaled back cause ??? or Blood Talons was too good even though a lot of Ferals liked it. Blizzard decides stuff doesn't work even though Feral had a niche with strengths and weaknesses for multiple x pacs and people who played it were fine with it.

  3. Symbiote was so god-tier on bear druid, I had that with the sniper rifle legendary and boomkin talent, you had a 9 million yard range on your spammable aoe
And in PvP where enemies have 50 million health shields that never dropped below 100%, this meant that you could stand on a point like Waterworks SOLO and take on the entire enemy team, with no help, for an entire 15 minute battleground, and never die. Every battleground I had top damage, top healing, no deaths. It was a glorious time to be alive. I'll always miss legion bear, nothing we've gotten since has been remotely as much fun to tank as.

  4. Nbr. 5 is not correct, but I guess he is "excused" somewhat, since not many played disc in Legion, and it was sparsomme on objective information/guide hereafter. My issues lays in him saying: "Not many fights in Legion demanded stacking". A fair amount of encounters actually did so? Especially, if you consider raiding as main content for such mechanics to be possible (doubt it would be beneficial in scenarios in dungeons anyway). Discipline priest was only brought to some certain fights specially only for their barrier, so this legendary was actually very beneficial in this context: to top players up instant without other healers with more mobility (druids fx. moving while using tranquility), did not had to waste their cd's.

  5. the speed buff from boots was one of my favorite legendaries, it was great for doing the WQs but then again I played melee so you know that changes its usefulness, go figure.

  6. As a fire mage in legion I'd like to add Norgannon's Foresight (all cloth classes could use), if you stood still for 6 seconds it let you cast while moving for 4 seconds, which as a fire mage we have scorch and additionally as a mage we have shimmer that lets us blink and still cast. On top of that it originally didnt have crit which in legion crit was a fire mages best stat with no competition.

  7. Back in legion I sold every Celumbra I made and I made like one or 2 a week. Good money. Gotta admit most of my clientele were guildies alting as mages. Enchantments were doing way better with the priests and locks that Xpac. With the dumb titanforging rng I had the same people of all classes coming to me every week for my vellums. Good times.

  8. After flying came out for legion I loved the Sentinel's Eternal Refuge for farming materials in the world on my demon hunter. Not only was it super fast to get around but if I ever found myself in combat in the air I could just glide down.

  9. I know it's personal made list, and all sound good but I'd replace the druid chest(cause for resto druid pumping with feral affinity it was actually a must have) with the gateway warlock legendary, i loved legion, but even then i hate how blizzard proceed, they knew how much you have to grind for those legos and they knew only 2-3 of them per class are viable, why did they even bother making all the bad ones

  10. the wisp boots were my favorite in legion for one thing: Ganking. Redridge mountains as a rouge, you'd vanish like 5 alliance when they get on their mains and then dash away, a second later you're outta there as a wisp. many good memories. And no, I don't gank because im sad. I do it because I think hatemail is funny and I like world pvp

  11. I love seeing the comments like "Yeah, legion had a shit ton of problems but idc because I loved it"

Mate, you do realize that's part of the reason the game is in the state it is in now?

  12. haste in hunters only work if you go with pasive talents that works on auto atacks.. like lock and load.. this talent let you cast instantly your marksman shoot but to be honest.. it is not the best to choose haste.. the normal rotation is mastery cuz you cast from the oblivion.. and critic cuz well CRITIC DPS.. and legion was amazing.. those millions of numbers like an old rpg xD totally broken

  13. Man i miss the days when a legendary was LEGENDARY… I swear for some reason blizzard thought "lets make legendary items as popular as sliced bread" they did this same crap with diablo 4. After lvl 15 every sigle boss has a 100% legendary drop rate. Thats bullshit.

  14. Cinidaria was useful for questing, because that damage right at the beginning would heal up your character nicely. Or on fights where there were adds, and damaging those adds would top you up nicely.
