You need renown rank 23 for the higher ivl gear. You need renown 6-8 for most factions for the 584 gear. Easy to get and do. Do the sidequests

Important to note for the torch, transmog, and other transmog items like it, there’s a vendor in azj kahet right after the intro quest to the northwest that sells them there so no need to do any further questing
I did siesbarg grind and also got my Alunira (forget how to spell it) in the hyper spawn cave. Cave is in NW isle of dorne and most groups in the group finder are going to be here. Took about 5 hours total. The last part of siesbarg for the bloods I did the elites in Azj Kahet. I didn’t spell check this so don’t hate me for it. New xpac and don’t have the terms down yet.
