I played OSRS non bound, so no subscription and i see videos of housing and its super cool that you have to farm a profession, invite ppl to buff them with staff like fountains or a magical book etc. That would be soo nice to have in wow. Imagine if a mage could have all the portals mages could do in a room and if you invite ppl to your house they could use the portal. If you are a blacksmith they could repair for free and RPG things like that would be so cool. But beeing a blizzard gamer for year makes you know that eveything that could sound cool, they will do something to get us like 4 or 5 out of 10 in quality. And most important, that should be not mandatory for everyone, maybe some guild raid buff or someting is ok so at least the guild leader have a house.
Of course blizzard will see housing with dollar eyes, and will make all the cool stuff a cash shop thing with furniture or skins for thaat and make the base skin a shit just to encourage you to pay. Becouse they said that want housing to be a thing for decades, sooo they expect 10000000% that thing to be profitable in terms of winning more money, and not by having more subscriptions.
Player housing means where as you used to get pieces of gear or currencies as rewards now youll get random doodads to place in your "house" in pre-determined spaces.
Streaming every day at https://www.twitch.tv/alexensual, come hang out!
* pay 29.99 to unlock 2 extra bedrooms to your player owned house *
Could be cool though
Animal crossing where you pay a flat fee to place furniture, move it, rotate it.

Everytime you deplete a m+ key, you lose singular item from your house, just to multiply punishment in m+
Player housing GIGA L. Mega mega L. Looser feature, anti classic. Non-sensical in MMOs in general. Go play stardew valley.
Player housing is no different than transmog. Invites the wrong kind of people. Hoarders are fine as a minority, but it should not be a game mode
