Haha I did this with paladin and shaman, using the iron counterweight. It's not the same amount of haste, but it's over 300% using the herbalism ability and it makes all spell cast times effectively instant. When not using the buff, cast time and attack speed is still over 150% increased and it makes paladin and shaman extremely OP until level 11.

If this is cata classic you can double those heirloom trinkets, make another one and it will give you another +1 haste at level 1.
Tag says classic, level 85 im assuming cata.. how the hell is every shot landing against skull mobs? Wow didnt get rid of the need for hit chance/hit rating until middle of wod. the gear has very little, character is at 5%, thats not enough to never miss, especially against higher level enemies. I call bs on this video.
