the ooze monster you saw at the end is basically the secret mount that you get from that instance. Just obviously the mount is a smaller model.

Plaguefall was one of my least favorite dungeons. Again, love seeing another who loves breaking out of bounderies =D. For that wall in ToP, have you tried using a 2 person mount? I've found that to work sometimes.
The serpent you've seen in Plaguefall was actually the mount you can get, if you ran this dungeon solo on Heroic or Mythic difficulty! =)
