FUN DETECTED: NERF DOGS
The dog build was good, especially for pvp. Right now the whole spec is geared around tyrant damage which can easily be shut down by a simple banish or fear.
Nether portal just needs to be like… 80% stronger. It needs to do double the damage of 1 decon since its 3 minutes. Otherwise it's just a huge loss compared to decon

demonic consumption is the only good thing demono still has, please don't say " it is too strong", you'll give blizzard very bad ideas.

Which covenant ability for a Demolock that mainly focuses on pvp? (I might pve a bit but not competitively).
I was thinking Venthyr or Kyrian. Venthyr is fun because of the aoe dot. Kyrian looks a bit dull in my rotation and I don't know if the 5 shards will get wasted/be overlapped.
I think the felguard should be buffed and be a lot more tanky or if you focus a demo lock pet it enrages the other pets slowly and increases the damage the longer you attack since our pet is everything

One of My fav spec is demo. Are they good right now?
Is dreadbite and dreadlash not based off of the demon's attack power tho? It looked more like a way to buff their overall auto attack damage without pushing special attacks higher. If it is how you say though then big sadface but also eh…. blizzard have just been nerfing everything back to how it was. I think spriest is the only spec that got better and hasn't yet been reverted to where it was.

BTW Rapid Contagion tooltip does not match the Shadowlands Pre-Expansion notes you're reading off of.
I submit a bug report on the Beta the other day. 20% difference is pretty decent in PvP.
demons should be able to summon during the move , just for demo , after all we r a master of sum. demons. The nether portal with a 3 min cd needs to be extended in duration or the cooldown reduced , by died /sum. or shard spend . Blizz explains things often with pvp balancing. The ramp up time is anyway too high for arena teamplay- . it would be nice if they add a cleave machnic to the imps as a passive to the netherportal . If you compare it with bm cleave , in not tyranic weeks you lose more often in overall . Affliction still needs a cast time reduction for seed.

I mean… i still, really, don't understand why they wouldn't just make the portal summon demons per soul shard spent rather than per instance of spending soul shards. Also 2min CD would be great

Last minute beta changes to Kalamazi: New legendary hair cut added, which buffs optimism for demo for 15 seconds on a 2 year cooldown

These changes are for prepatch, not beta. Thats why the beta already has everything.
I have to ask…after watching several of your viddies…I am still a bit undecided on affl vs demo for raiding. I like the demo play style; but every expansion I have invested a lot of time & effort into demo…only to wind up switching later due to raid dps frustration. Knowing Blizzard's history for buffs/nerfs/etc…which of the lock specs do you think will deliver the best results on launch? I am currently destro (from bfa)…but really excited that demo may not get laughed at this time. Yes, I prefer demo…but downing bosses is more important to me as a RL & GL

Did they just say fuck Doom? Like why is it a talent choice still? Does anyone ever play it? Would be cool if it got a rework, or even if you could spread Doom to a whole pack or something. Fuck idk it just seems like such a waste of a talent spot.

I'm kinda noob to wow does anyone know why when I raid and there's more than 15 ppl I lag like hell? I have turned down my graphics settings but still… trynna kill rares in icecrown and whenever a big group shows up I just lag bad… could it be my internet connection or something? I'm terrible when it comes to fixing things like this… I don't have a technical mind at all been playing wow for 1 year so appreciate any advice anyone can offer. I got asked if I wanted to join a raiding guild and had to say no because of this…. don't wanna join then because I lag I ruin it for everyone you know?
Nether portal is the most fun ability though, esspecialy when you get Malchezaar summoned.'' You face not Malchezaar alone, but all the demons i command!'' Wish it would have a higher chance or something or more/other such named demons. Ofc it actually being somewhat competitive would be nice.

If it's going to be a 6 second pet summon, then they need to stop desummoning them when a key is put in the keystone holder, and just randomly when the pet decides it doesn't want to follow you >.<
You really need to rethink this Dark Pact being criminally underplayed statement. If it were anywhere near good burning rush people would at least make it work in some fights. There's a reason why literally everyone goes with Burning rush even if theoretically Dark Pact would be great, but burning rush is filling a spot we can't afford to lose (movement) and DP is not (surviability).
The talent is good, and maybe now with that little buff it might be better than skin (as it should since it is an active talent, IMO) but can't compare to BR.
Hey so which spec do you recommend for doing all types of content? Raid, m+ and pvp? I was gonna swap around depending on the content but might just stick to one spec for now while still crafting up legendaries.

My thoughts-
Warlocks are good now on the big pulls with CDs, although it’s a lot of set up compared to other classes who just get their burst out quicker which does impact our M+ effectiveness. I just feel we need a break so that we can get started on our agony spreads and raptures quicker. At the moment I spend my time seeding, agonying, UA before I can start doing anything which is punishing at any level especially if the adds die quicker because of other classes being able to throughput quicker. Suggestions would be an agony spreader and a quicker seed cast time so we can focus on UA and rapture quicker.

I can't decide on affliction or destruction…
sac soul should be removed for a permanent Fel lord that will give the main pet more damage and the ability to generate soul shard that alone would be more interesting than sac soul
I just thought of something that might be worth testing out. What if you use Soul Conduit or Inner Demons with Nether Portal? I know how well Grimoire FG syncs with Nether Portal within the burst window, but their cooldowns don't sync (even worse than G:FG + DCon). Maybe NPortal is meant to be a "long game" talent of sorts?
tbh i kinda wish they would bring back old demo. maybe im alone but i loved turning to demon form and just going ham.
They should make internal combustion of dest to 7secs
Demo rly need extra demon like BM hunter. Or fix cooldown frm spells soo they are not soo spread.
