I can see cross factions not going into each others cities, but adventurers can delve into dungeons and such with whoever they want. So many instances of races from both factions working together
Was Bronzebeard also helping horde players on their azurite-related stories? Shouldn't there have been another character, because the full-on war is/just raged across the azeroth, and any horde hotheaded guy would have loved to kill a prominent figure of the alliance?

One time my friend and I were at a Cold Stones in like 2012 or whatever and we saw a guy working there who looked just like you, but it wasn’t. The guy went back into the backroom and disappeared and my friend was like “he’s making sure he’s not getting killed on wow”. That’s a pointless memory but there you go.

i hope blizzard is taking sylvanas story to a sort of antihero role in a way that she took on the role of becoming this bad evil person in order to get the population of azeroth to band togather to fight and defeat this bigger evil in the persuit of herself
Always said that when it came to Dungeons/Raids and zones that feature open faction questing hubs there is no reason why players from opposite factions could play together.
