The highest you can get. Like 35%+ if possible. 15-20%+ mastery and 18% haste. If you have more room for stats then crit/mastery. Use trinkets for crit/mastery procs. This is the talent build. I been doing the math for a while. You should get as much haste as you need to sustain your rampages and recklessness with reckless abandon make your initial burst insane. Please try this out? 🙂 crit is key. (Sudden death)-(storm bolt)-(frenzy)-(warpaint)-(cruelty)-(dragon roar)-(reckless abandon) pvp talents (disarm)-(slaughter house)-(death sentence)

Strength trinkets are good too. They are much more important now. 🙂
Anger management is also viable with this build because of the haste procs. Lots of reduced cooldown time.
