The bears inside the Old Hillsbrad Foothills instance drop the Carcass and your level is not an issue when inside an instance.
man i just checked my tsm and found out that i sold x69 the stoppable force to the vendor as i was farming sunwell for LW patterns >< and they sell for 5k each on my realm

A couple things I've learned over the last week is that you can get the Rotting Bear Carcass from the bears in the Caverns of Time dungeon 'Old Hillsbrad Foothills' just kill the bears, loot, reset dungeon, this can be done on lvl 60's and you still get the item, I've only done it on heroic, but I'm sure it works in normal too. 5~ carcass's for full clear. (1 sells for 100g-200g on Area52 horde NA)
I've also received 2~ The Stoppable Force while doing 'The Battle for Mount Hyjal' raid – also in Caverns of Time (1 sells for 100g~ on Area 52 horde NA) (this is a great place for miner's too, the 8~ mine-able rocks have a high chance of dropping Talasite, amongst many other ores, that can be sold for quite a bit too)
Lastly, something I have yet to try, but am interested in the potential of it. Have a main with BfA flying, with a separate WoW account make an allied character on the same server as your main, set it to BfA in Chromie time(probably not necessary) get the temporary alt to Zuldazar (easier as a horde character) fly the alt to Nazmir to get the Very Unlucky Rock, trade it to your main (requires an active WoW sub on alt account to be able to trade/mail/use AH), log out make a new allied race character, rinse and repeat. Depending on how long this takes and how much the Very Unlucky Rock is, it could be around 20-40k/hour, assuming you could do this method efficiently twice in an hour and the price of the rock remains 10k-20k
