We know what that red soul was – and there are huge implications across everything else we know.

Knowing blizz, they could totally make the Argus theory work even when it shoudln't. They could say the dreadlords "marked" Argus for the Shadowlands, that they manipulated the legion into invading azeroth only for sargeras to be defeated and Argus killed, etc… That's such weak writing tho. Titans are not supposed to end up in the Shadowlands, but go to their own plane of order… Still, the only way blizz could confirm this is by showing us a titan killed by the Burning Crusade already in a realm of the Shadowlands… I still hope this Argus theory is incorrect, it's too obvious, too in the nose…
How could it be Argus when after his defeat we literally see his BLUE/GREEN titan soul lying on the ground
Okay since this is what your saying go back to when Sargerus sent that Red bolt down when he stabbed Azeroth. If that’s the case then that’s how she broke.
Thank you so much to you and your team for the video 🙂
Hey boss, love your videos and watch them when they come out. But can I make a request. I've been trying to get to renown 4 week one and I'm stuck at lvl 3. Can you help, can you make a quick video showing us how to get to lvl 4 week one
There are two things that were overlooked here. 1) Ysera's final thought before she died, which we see in a scenario in Ardenweald. It very heavily implies that Elune is the Winter Queen's sister. 2) In the cinematic on the Arbiter's platform where the player is directed to choosing a covenant, Renathal very clearly says that Denathrius caused the drought. (This might also point to Lothraxion as a extension of Danathrius' reach.)
A butterfly in Peking: flaps its wings
Bellular: THIS CHANGES EVERYTHING!!!!
The Dragonflights were uplifted after the Titans left Azeroth. The power granted was Eonar's, but the ceremony granting it was done by the keepers. I think Freya is a better match for the Winter Queen's sister. Keepers running the covenants of SL makes more sense than Titans (which the WQ would have to be Eonar's sister). Putting the Bastion Archon on the same level as Odyn also matches them both basically making Val'kyr.
Honestly this whole thing is a crackpot theory. Your link with the Titans to Shadowlands is the Aesthetics of Oribos armor. Winter Queen being Eonar's sister (speculation) and that you believe the Dread Lords are Denathrius' spawn, rather than him being just another one of them and thus they are not important enough (speculation). I think you're wrong on all three. Also the dialogue hints "In that dread moment"
i think the old god Y'sharrj is the jailer , the maw looks kinda tenticle'y and the jailer is mising his heart?
Video Title: Mystery SOLVED, we finally KNOW!
Video Content: Pure speculation
Winter Queen and other Eternal Ones existed long before the Titans?
A lot of people are saying in the comments here that it is Denathrius who actually caused the Arbiter to shut down, but something to remember is that Sire Denathrius is within the Shadowlands, while the red energy that caused it all seems to come from outside the Shadowlands with all the other souls. Denathrius being called out for causing the anima drought could be referring to how he could have helped lessen the damage from it with all the anima within Revendreth. It could also be just guesswork by the prince based on how much anima is within Revendreth compared to the other realms. In any case, if Denathrius had caused it, he would have needed to be outside the Shadowlands, and I feel like that would have been noticed by someone.
9:17 They will sleep with me… because of…..
I personally think it wasn't Argus, but rather Xavius. It would explain the significance behind the Emerald Nightmare raid. He is not a full demon as he serves the Void rather than the Legion, which means his soul can go to the Shadowlands. Vashj is a naga, a being also twisted by the Void and she went to Maldraxxus.
When we last saw Xavius, he was absolutely monstrous, jacked up to the max and in the Rift of Aln. The Rift is where the Emerald Nightmare originated and it bleeds over into other realms of existence, like the Twisting Nether and the Great Dark Beyond.
So why not the Shadowlands as well? We know the Emerald Dream has a link to Ardenweald after all, Xavius is very heavily connected to the color red as well. So when we killed this monstrous Xavius, his body is then dropped in the heart of the Emerald Dream. What if this was planned by the Old Gods all along?
It would explain why Xavius constantly taunted us, almost daring us to come kill him in the Emerald Nightmare. If the Old Gods always intended to use his soul as a weapon against the Arbiter, then the location and his monstrous appearance would make sense.
By breaking the machinery of Death, they would force the Jailer's hand and set things in motion. N'zoth constantly calls us
hischampion, and the Emerald Nightmare was his doing. He knows the future and the plans of the Jailer, so what if our test in the Crucible of Storms was actually to see what we were capable of innorder to escape the Maw? He would know that Sylvanas would break the sky and now he would know wr are strong enough and have the potential to use the Waystone. He prepared us to be his champion against the TRUE enemy, Death.
what if it was Xavius? The Nightmare seemed to infect ardenweald during its campaign, and he was all red and stuff. Plus titans dont go to the Shadowlands as far as we know
I'm sorry, the Winter Queen just called Ysera WHAT NOW?!
Couldn't it just as well be Helya? Time-line wise, it still lines up that we killed her after the Emerald Nightmare raid and we saw her making a deal with Sylvanas who we found out was working with The Jailor.
i honestly dont think anyone in wow would understand the lore without belular explaining the lore in these videos
What if all this stuff with Shadowlands actually happens inside the Azeroth, like this plane of death is inside her, and the life is on the outside. Then Sargeras stabbed his sword – RED sword – inside it – and that red "soul" broke her.
This will also explain why we have Emerald Dream – other side of Ardenweald, and why we have this huge "window" to the Shadowlands in Icecrown on OUR PLANET.
Re: Red Fel energy – Didn't the orcs left in outlands turn red due to overexposure to fel?
they just wanted to put something red in there to make it look cooler, then they watch this video and the story writer is like, hehe yea its argus how did you know? so clever, of course its argus…
Another theory I had was that dude we killed in the rift of alm. Nightmare is red too. I dont think a dead titan would go to the shadow lands. Sylvanas was directly responsible for us going into the dream to attack the corruption of the dream.
I like the concept of them being paired. But what if the Jailers other is Azaroth. What if Azaroth is being imprisoned the same was as the Jailer but at her own will to keep him bound within the Maw. Sargarus may not have been trying to destroy Azaroth but may have been looking to break the seal that binds her and setting free both Azarorh and the Jailer.
Didn't we find out Sire Denathrius was somehow responsible?
I think Eonar is The Winter Queen's sister guaranteed, as The Winter Queen represents winter and fall, and Eonar represent Spring and Summer, this comparison is literally made during Ardenweald, where TWQ says something along the lines of "this is their winter and fall" and "their life is their summer and spring" meaning Eonar (who resides in our realm, aka, spring/summer) is the counterpart the the winter queen, thats what I think
If it wasn't for the dreadlords etc we wouldn't have invaded Argus and killed him
I will support the shit out of everything you and the boys do. Wish I had the money for the patreon stuff. Hands down favorite channel on YouTube
if winter queen knows about eonar… why she doesn't know about argus? i mean she did watch the nightfae covenant stage show where we showed her that we killed argus….
Its Wow, they just make this stuff up as they go and retcon whatever doesn't fit their new narrative lol. No point trying to tie it together.
It was Sire Denathrius they literally said it in a cutscenes
Why no one is considering AD Guldan's soul, or Xavious… Or even the soulcage Greymane broke
What if it was xavius and they using the void corruption.
I don't think the titan of death dying and going to the realm of death would cause the machinery to break. There's no way you build a machine so perfect and not build it to accommodate your most powerful being of your own realm dying. I think it comes down to a simple line from Legion "rise my broken world." I think how Sargeras broke Argus is why when he died and came to the Shadowlands it caused the machinery of death to break. Which of course, if you trace those threads back to the Dreadlords, the Rune Smith, and the Jailer, you start to see how much an elaborate plan this has been.
Argus is a Titan
You REALLY shouldn't be saying this as a definite because it's not. Titans DO NOT go to the same place mortals do when they die, period.
Blizz said directly, repeatedly that titans go somewhere else when they die. They don't go to the shadowlands. They go somewhere else just like demons or old gods.
Argus wouldn't have gone to the shadowlands. Xavius would have though. Xavius was mortal before he was turned into a demon. So he would definitely have gone to the shadowlands.
Theory: Argus dying and being used up sent his soul to the shadowlands. Since he is the Pantheon of Death, his soul having been sent there and dying "overloaded" the arbiter, without a patheon of death to put the shadowlands/plain of death back in order.
For a moment I thought I got spoiled seeing the thumbnail because I hadn't seen anything about Argus in Shadowlands yet so I'll just wait for the game to answer story questions.
I thought so too. Kinda disapointed he could not prove it.
@Bellular how did you make that connection though? Titans does NOT go to the shadowlands when they die?
This actually makes alot of sense. I found another clue that hints the the machine of death was broken with Argus's death. Warbrave Oro from the highmountain questline can be found in Bastion. Predates Argus by a few patches. Also I just watched the dreadlord one – I am so amazed. Love your videos !
Can you stop advertising for other videos through videos it’s just showing us you aren’t getting enough views on your videos abs are trying so hard to make us watch them…
just post your videos without shoving it in our faces in the beginning and the end watch this watch this pleaseeeeee watch ….
Have confidence in ur content
One more clue, ysera was touched with the same power as the titan of death & the arbetor. So the connection is even longer 🙄
SOLVED! Gives us a non-confirmed theory
Clickbait is on point i see
What do you think about the old gods, N'zoth was easily defeated, there could be connection to all of this with them, somehow 🙂
"My sister's pet" why everything always imply that Eonar and Ysera actually met when in reality it never was the case, I mean, their meeting is old lore, Eonar is planet-sized now, she have never been to azeroth, a "pet" implies more than giving power once and from a certain distance
