You can find Valinor in Bastion 27 22. He is droping 207ilvl items and 3 memory. Press on Anima Container Blue boxes is 5 of them to activate Him.

Mark of Penitence Tank swap if stack to high
Recharge Anima
Unleashed Anima
Vent Anima
Avoid everything you can, although the boss doesn’t deal a lot of damage, you never know. Care on mobs around most are elite as well you can find a traps that can daze and do damage.
