  1. You alive mate? I play Sub rogue, very good at AoE there and good at bosses, tho I struggle a bit at 3rd layer as I have ilvl 167. Tho its more RNG as well, ned good buffs and np 😀
One question if ok, would you recommend making legendary now or waiting for 210 one? I am planning on Mark of Master assassin, tho people say Finality is BiS, I think for M+ etc for Sub Assassin is way better.

  2. Very minor rogue tip: with the the “spiced mawrats” power (giving you 2% hp bonus for every rat you kill), what I’ve been doing on every floor is stealthing past mawrats when I can until everything else is cleared in case I get this power to go back and get some extra health.

  3. One tip that I learned after getting wrekt several times from the assassin is that he only spawns when you're out of combat so moving as quickly as you can from pack to pack and staying in combat drastically reduces your run in with the assasin. Also, if you're low on health and waiting on CV to come off cool down I will find a mawrat and take him down to half health and he will run away and leave you in combat and this will stop the assasin from spawning while you're low on health and waiting on CV.

  4. Did I miss the importance of using the blinding powder you can buy from the vendor? It basically makes you invisible to the last boss – its an absolute must. You won't die or struggle if you use it

  5. Sub for me is somewhat doable, especially if you get the echoing reprimand anima combos. I wonder if a majority of rogues struggling is cause they stealth through too many mobs and miss out on power ups critically needed for the endgame boss.

  6. You could probably compare these bosses to the ones we had to fight solo when getting different looks on our weapons in Legion. Granted those did have a lot more heavier mechanics to them and once you got them down you could fight the boss, but hell I remember doing the one for Kingslayers over and over. These bosses are just extremely tough. Yeah you can stun them and stuff, but some of their abilities like spreading AoE on the floor and then you can't kite them out of it makes it really hard. Fortunately had a pally tank duo with me and we cleared tier 3 on both this week with a lot of ease. I would say if you are struggling to solo, don't go any higher than duo and I'd say take a tank or I'd duo with another rogue and you can possibly stun lock bosses fairly well. It really just comes down to our lack of sustain. I would also say use whichever Soul Bind lets you use the SnD conduit that helps provide you some health back. Since keeping SnD up is a pretty big priority, it will help you keep your health up a bit more.

  7. This is just what I was looking for, thanks. I've found this very tough on outlaw, but I was always doing a run before I log off, rushed it and was just trying to burn down the bosses. Cheers!

  8. The only thing you need for the boss fights is the smoke bomb. Buy all of them. They last long and really, really help. That's how I killed the fat slime and other bosses on level 3. They can't see you and they miss a lot. Plus, use your damn stuns and plan your kidney shots properly. This should be mentioned to all Rogues out there! People don't buy the smoke bombs because they don't understand it and also because it doesn't give you a damage buff so they just plain ignore it. Rogue is not all about power but also great skill management. No wonder so many people go Hunter…

  10. my first layer 3 floor 6 boss last week, I got 4x 25% evis, 30% more agi/cant jump, when you use shs your finisher does 400% dmg, shadow blade gives you vendetta+Adrenaline rush. Was doing 50k evis and killed the last boss with 23k dps

  11. Interesting thing to me is, how different players experience solocontent like this.
For me, i haven't had problems on any of the 4 bosses even once. Good damage and the fact that I can stun them made them always kinda easy for me. Shocking low hp-moments and deaths i had were always from mobs, mostly meleehits or nasty magic effects I didn't recogniced.

Till now, I had very much fun with my rogue in Torghast!
Only thing that annoyes me a bit are the necrolord specialtraits, which I almost always avoid (except the one that doubles the dmg of the covenantsability and makes it a cleave^^). But even that is not a gamebreaker.

Infexious, I hope you read this. I want you to know that I love your vids and special appreciation for not acting as if the assassinationspec did not exist, just because it's undertuned right now. Look forward for more! <3

  12. Sadly all of the Venthyr upgrades in torghast sucks, i wish they had done it like the Kyrian upgrades, 20 combo points in the covenant hability, extra 25% heal…Venthyr is like "now your teleport have less cooldown XD", fuck it, no one use that shit in combat

  13. going in as outlaw, 183 item lvl i still get runs were i can clear floors np but the end bosses do about 4k-10k on atks and another issue is the powers, 70% of the powers as Night fae i get so many useless soulshape powers that dont help or def i barely get anything for dmg
