Another way to get the rep for the panderan fishing is to buy the anglers rep tokens from the time walking vendor during panderan time walking week. It's a great way to use up those extra timewarped badges and to get to unlock old reps.
Also u can get the oversized bobber from fishing vendors and it's cheaper than the marked up ones in the ah. That way u can get your achievement cheaper
