Apparently the guy that had infested cargo and enemies within were the only 2 quests I could accept. I Believe I need to go to the place where you need to take the boat. Sorry to Necro but I'm level 13 and standing right where you are at the start of the video, but there is no "!" Over the map. What have I done wrong?
How do I get here? I had to start a new character because the turn in for on of the quests in Pride of Kul Tiras is missing and nothing I have tried will get it to show. Also what level do I have to be to start this?
