If you want a dragon ball mmo, have you tried dragon ball online? Fair warning though, if you expect fighterz or budekai fighting game levels of combat you'll be disappointed. its korean tab target from the late 2000's. But if you dont mind those, i recommend the hope fanserver.
Just read some drama on reddit where a promo video was posted. Definitely staying away. I'd give it a shot if the one who posted the video didn't respond "I feel sad for you" for a legitimate description of admin power abuse. The unspeakable crime committed to get ganked by a vip and his decked, admin friend? Going ahead and doing a quest while this vip guy was visibly afk and not moving. Strong clown vibes from the staff at the moment.
