I would put forsaken between a and s Tier. While orc,human,nightelf is effectiv/usefull against everyone. Forsaken is Limited.
IT also Shows why i Always would disable racials in PvP and instead enable a PvP Pool of utility skills where U can choose one from. Things Like an extra Trinket would get also a Higher CD (3 min) while more niche Things Like the single target knockback will have a lower CD (1min).

Bull rush goes the same distance as rocket jump, and has a stun. Also, Highmountain tauren have increased versatility.

Blood Elf racial is trash, how do u even compare that to Tauren lol.
i agree entirely aside from Kul Tiran being bad. KT is a knockback + 3 second stun meaning its an extra interrupt that can throw people off ledges. Not as niche as you'd think and in Blade's Edge arena or Twin Peaks its a real fun one. You can use it on either Rogue or Warrior for an extra stun/interrupt and really bully casters. I'd put it in either A or S tier for real. People just sleep on this race because u have to unlock it and it's essentially a fat person.
Would love to hear why you think nightborne is worse than blood elf. Nightbore has increased magic damage which is amazing and an aoe root which provides a lot of utility. Compare that to small arcane resistance and a dispel. Not sure you actually gave any of the horde allied races a fair comparison
