This is the worst take of this patch I have seen.
Why would you put arms in A tier?
Compared to other melee Survivability is trash (d stance sucks and cant parry when cc), self healing is trash(its a talent and you lose your only stun), damage is trash, movement is trash(execute charge nerfed), healing reduction is is 25% but fury has 40% (sharpen blade is trash because its only 6 sec), tier set is trash, neceolord double legendary is useless
