The Ascended Skymane is a low drop from the Cache of the Ascended. This is rewarded from defeating the Ascended Council. However to spawn you council you need to click the 5 vesper bells across Bastion within 5 minutes,
Once done they will spawn at the Aspirant’s Awakening.

So if a clueless person clicks 1 bell and then just fcks off it will go on a 2 hour CD?

so i rang this with 5 characters, but they didnt spawn…
Do I have to have the zone completed quest wise to be able to do this? I am at the first bell and cannot even use the teleportation pad 🙁 sad panda.
Just did it, and it's not a guaranteed 100% drop, i'm so mad.
We were 4 and none of us got it.
I did the quests for the zone but every time I try to reach the first bell of courage I am phased to Amarth

4:58 This problem can be solved doing it in group. 7 player, one at each bell and 2 at the rare location, one of these 2 need to be a warlock. After everyone clicked the bells the warlock and the other guy summons everyone and kill the rare.

Can this be tried only once a day? Once a week?
ANSWER to your problem with someone who rings one of the bell and is too far to run back…,….make sure that person is engineering with the shadowlands wormhole toy. They will port right near where everyone needs to be to fight the rares.
does anyone know if the council will despawn if not pulled after spawning? was just in a large raid group with no locks and someone pulled before a bell ringer could arrive, saying if they didn't then the council would despawn
The first time I did this I was on the farthest bell, I was worried that we would summon it and my group would kill it before I got there. My group waited patiently for me and even cheered me on and thanked me for getting the farthest bell. The mount then dropped for me on the first try, i will always cherish this memory.

Did this below level 60 not noticing it required that level and i couldn't loot the chest, seems a bit stupid to me, since i didn't steal the kills, just let me open the thing and then i'll use the items at 60.

I am livid that I can't just perma-park alts I won't use outside of this purpose (until I get the mount). The Ascended Challenger buff only expiring while you are logged onto that character is pointless outside of being a complete waste of time. No one else is playing Shadowlands content right now in Dragonflight. Using alts to ring the bells within 5 minutes is my only option and they want to keep it as infuriatingly tedious as possible. I am having extremely violent thoughts right now and although I would never act upon them, it is clear that some sick, depraved, spiteful, petty, genuine ASSHOLES designed this.
