I played wow for a solid 2 years back in 2010.
I loved it, it wasn’t the prettiest game but it certainly made up for it with mechanics and size.
Now we are in 2024 and I’ve looked at maybe getting back into wow.
But… it’s just not there.
The game has aged, considerably.
It needs a refresh to bring it into 2024.
Graphics overhaul, engine overhaul, mechanics overhaul.
It needs it.
I think they’ve milked this engine hard and they keep pumping out lacklustre expansion after lacklustre expansion.
I have PTSD from Iraq, I can relate to Anduin.

People think blizzard doesn’t have several expansions and stories laid out and say dumb shit like “they remembered the word”. How dumb do you have to be that even though a game studio. As a former wow player I have to say that they try to make Anduin look like Arthas but Anduin never will be like Arthas, it seems blizzard wants to create a new Arthas character hoping that the game will achieve new heights. But Anduin is not even close to Arthas, Arthas was the most epic character blizzard ever made. I played the game from the horde side tho

I never understood the idea of showing and hyping up a game with the cinematic videos. Yeah it is catching and good advertisement but I want to see the product I will be playing.

I feel sorry to say this but the whole cinematic is just cringe.
First of all, y'all saying that weird stuff about PTSD, like why? Why do you consider this to be a good theme? Wow players are just a bunch of tryhards that barely leave their mom's basement, how is that a fitting theme? I don't get it. You are not war veterans or soldiers or something like that.
Second thing is the fact that the dude literally made a whole 180° out of nowhere within a minute or something. Like, wth??? Do you actually think this is a good representation? I don't get it.
Just like they are telling too much feelings, just ok
I need a full movie of this quality which will be about what happened to Anduin both mentally and physically these past few years
