This is how I used to tank in BC and LK with my prot warrior, there was only one speed, and the healer better have their running shoes on, if an instance took longer than 10 minutes I have not done my job correctly.

How wow has fallen. Classic dungeon one pulls on a mage is true God hood. Wow looks like diablo 3 these days.
This big horde of mobs is meant to be killed by big AOEs in a quest's riding sequence, so the low damage and loot make sense. That said it still looks absolutely nuts.
