Hunters are good, I just don't enjoy them. But you're right. They are very effective. I'm a big fan of druids and warriors with speed sets.
But definitely, when in doubt, make a Vulpera. The extra bag space is amazing. I don't personally need my camp out in the world, but the ability is crazy. With the hearth, dalaran hearth, garrison hearth, and camp you have so many options.
Also, did we mention the bags? Because bags. It helps so much
