Blizzard failed its writers and Shadowlands but the Dragon Aspects will fix it

Blizzard did it again. I know this is a hot topic, but I’m gonna put my 2 cents out. In the video I focus on why Blizzard’s management failed its writers and ultimately Shadowlands. But I still have hope because the Dragon Aspects will save this broken story. After all, we return to them for a reason.

Is it hopium? Is it copium? I don’t care, I’m not giving up hope on World of Warcraft. Please Dragon Aspects, help Sylvanas recover, she’s too good of a character to be ruined by one bad apple.

  1. I still have a lot to learn about the overall lore of WoW, and while keeping up with the latest expansion has been great so far (including BFA), Shadowlands felt quite bland because the introduction was really great in my opinion, but then it slowly started going downhill with every little bit of info we got that advanced it.
Add a few bad systems and "features" to the story and it turned into the mashed potatoes we got right now. I feel like they've missed a great opportunity with this expansion. It's clear they initially wanted more for it, and with everything that happened to the company, I guess a lot of stuff got scrapped.
We never got more heritage armors, allied races and a lot more things they got used to in the past. Here's hoping that the announcement on the 19th will bring something juicy.

That N'zoth theory is something interesting btw
