Finally. Great thing for the game
I like this decision, and I agree it will be good for the game. I do
however want to throw in my 2 cents. I'm a multiboxer. I enjoyed PvP and
doing dungeon content. It was fun setting everything up and constantly
improving. World PvP was awesome fun, especially invading enemy cities,
and let's be honest, world PvP doesn't happen enough. Even though I'm
losing my investment in building a multitude of accounts I'm ready for a
change and glad this is happening. There's been a plague of too many
farmers ruining it for everyone else. They need to go. Blizz was shady
as hell collecting all the shadowlands orders before announcing this
though.
I'm so happy for finally blizzard ban multiboxing. SInce it's not health and ruined game for single player
the market will be 20 times more expensive.
Too little too late Blizzard. You want your player base back go suck up to China some more.

Well it's easy enough to multibox just using the in-game macros. Obviously you're not going to be doing too well in combat although I've been able to run dungeons just using the /follow macro that I make in game. easy enough to still keep boxing if you use the follow macro and you have one window open per account and you just keep dragging your cursor from screen to screen. It's really not that complicated that's the only way I've done it LOL

Easy to bypass and stop using that broadcast software. Just hookup all computers to one USB hub and connect just 1 mouse and 1 keyboard to that very same usb hub!

I use to hate running in to Elemental Shaman multi-boxers in pvp. Chain lightning x 5 was just nasty.
it aint change anything i do multiboxing for 11 years and trust me to farm mining and herb as long you auto follow and alt tab you can shift+ pab click to switch windows fast and loot with 10 or 20 account people who dont do multibox are just stupid to see this as fix

blizzard will make multibox software for a 60 euro a month package deal. so they get 8 accounts up times 60 + 60 for the multi box
Multi-boxing is for lazy people, I am glad its going to be a bannable offense.

The stupidest single thing These idiots have to wreck the game. I don't need to get banned because I banned all my accounts and will not pay to play a game with people making such stupid decisions. I sure people wont care but i stopped payment on 7 accounts and I'm sure other will do same . Good luck in shadowlands which I'm sure will suck just like all the rest.
Sorry to burst everyone's bubble but multiboxing is still alive and kicking. Boxers are using hardware now instead of software. People have verified it's OK with Blizzard. Kind of a joke if you ask me.
Flawed logic. All characters, even the "main" character, is controlled by software in exactly the same way even the mirroring does. You hit the key on the keyboard, and that keyboard strike controls what your character does. A human strike controls all character moves, not an AI or algorithm, or any other thing, full stop.
I stopped playing a while ago but I loved watching multi-box PVP videos.
They will find a way around it.
