Everyone is showing 9.0 with Azerite essences. Aren't they removed once SL drops????? Hope to god they do.

Just FYI, Haunt does not count as a DoT for Malefic Rapture damage. Easily testable, if you put just haunt on a mob and cast rapture it will do no damage.
Last time i like affic lock it was in TBC it was so OP pve with 3 pice set you can make when you had tailoring. Am happy thy remove UA spam
your rotation is a bit wrong, We dont mindless spamm MR, we bank souls for Phantom Sing, then we spamm. While waiting, we spamm Drain Soul, and MR only to avoid overcapping SOuls.
M+ thers a new built with Agony, Seeds and Creeping Death, where we use seeds as spender when there are 3+ mobs
