It looks like this version of Shade has 50x more style, panash, and enegmatic motives. Acted better than most of other members of the cast, but that might just be the clunky writing for the other roles. True there is a history of drawing out a story,(Old Doctor Who, Oh Gods!) but… when quick and logical explanations that can take up a few moments, get draged out over 3/4 episodes… it might be a retelling of old comicbook style storys. Yet even then why do the hero's seem dogmaticly dumer than modern storytelling understanding children? Even children reading, watching TV and understanding normal media of the 1980's seem smarter.
This is how movies don't get better costumes …. the show takes them comic wise… see just ruining the movie costumes…
