I really do appreciate the no-music, at least just to test the waters and see how people feel about it. Thanks!
Edit: Also, genuinely wanna know what addon you're using to get those damage numbers. They look very close to how they do in classic, and are so much better!
This is a very cool built. I will like to see it on a raid environment and I like the other one I little bit more but this one is interesting. Thanks for posting this great videos.
Hi Wuwi, gladiator demonologist here from last season just dropping a line to say thank you for the content! I enjoy your videos and hope you keep doing your thing.
Really noticed with Demo when you target switch imps tend to hit old targets and alot of vilefiend and pets in general other than felguadd seem to stop casting until you hit another target. It's like you need doom to instant cast into another mob just to try and reduce the downtime between targets.
Wish "pet attack" commanded all currently summoned pets to immediately attack the target you select.
I’m the running the main build with the legos and a 190 ilvl. was around 3.1k on average. but got benched on the dance boss because pets don’t switch targets very fast and were hitting the immune boss. great vid. trying to just get the damage up. my biggest problem is the consumption not getting enough demons.
When using this build I run into 2 problems, and both revolve around the fact the most of our damage, in this build, comes from imps. First is that if we are doing mechanics and we can't manage to cast too many shadowbolts, we may not get dog procs, and not geting dog procs just removes way too much of our damage and consistency, for that reason I like running power siphon instead of demonic calling, because too much of out damage relies on geting a bunch of hands of guldan, both because of the legendary and the conduit. Not geting a doc proc screws us way too much, so I like to use power siphon and soul conduit to get over those bumps.
What really screws us is not getting many hands of guldan for some reason. For m+ I went with the dreadlash from the shadows combo and thought I could pull off sacrificed souls, and there is where I feel this playstyle works out the most. We might have anti synergy with the implosion legendary, for m+, but even then I think this would be viable, but demonic consumption still feels a bit safer, so even then I run demonic consumption, both cases with the borne of blood conduit and the hand of guldan legendary.
But with more haste(and the legendary that buffs demonbolt from shadowbolt), I think a sacrificed souls gets stronger and stronger and I think it will be a pretty strong build.
Regarding soul conduit, I play it virtually all the time (but especially so in m+ with dog build) along with BoB conduit and sometimes Horned Nightmare(other times wilfreds) and I cant say I ever really run into issues with overcapping shards. When you play with it enough, along with BoB and Horned Nightmare(which have good synergy with it) I personally have gotten used to it and basically expect either a SC proc or BoB proc to happen and once you get going in a fight I find myself rarely ever being at 5 shards just because im casting so many HoG's (and if SC procs when im casting HoG @ 5 shards and whether it procs me back to 5 shards or 4 ill simply just HoG again, and this can be very nice for imp generation before tyrant or being able to quickly ramp up on a pack of trash, or just in general since more imps=always a good thing). The core and imp generation is great running that setup w/ conduit and the only thing I ever really have to worry about is capping on cores rarely, but Id rather cap at 4 cores for a few seconds at worst(in which case the vast majority of the time im not getting a fifth core proc in those few seconds I stay capped anyway) rather than lose shards. It definitely takes a bit of getting used to and being a more reactive player but otherwise feels great because of the sheer amount of HoGs you get off and amount of cores you generate(and if youre getting a lot of SC and BoB and Horned Nightmare procs during lust youre just absolutely pumping out HoGs and DB's, quite literally often going from 3 shard HoG>DB>3 shard HoG>DB etc. and doing this before you pop your tyrant running Dcon can lead to some big Tyrants that really pump). It can be such a strong setup when youre getting lots of procs that Im able to top damage on ST bosses in M+ even though im running the more aoe centric dog build. So SC can definitely be a great choice once you get used to it. Definitely a bit jealous of your haste though, im rocking just under 11% right now unfortunately and it pains me watching you cast with 23% then going to play my lock lol
hey wuwi, i just found you on youtube and your content is pretty nice imo =D i play the demonbolt build aswell and personally i prefer to play power siphon and from the shadows because both give you a dmg increase for demonbolt. unfortunately i didnt get the balespider legendary yet 🙁
Please help me to understand something since I follow you and I’ve been researching your “Biggest tyrant build”, So you say at 4:27 that the tyrant soul conduit is going to give you more burst damage during your tyrant window, however the explanation, as well as a leader in the black harvest demo section, informed me that it is wasted value during your tyrant window explaining it to me as “it is only active when your tyrant expires using the fumes of your low energy imps” I don’t know who or what to believe.
Idk how viable it really is but ive been trying for a demo-bolt PVP build cause you get the advantage of taking power siphon without losing instant dogs plus the extra buff. hadnt tried it with sac'd souls yet tho…. guess ill have to make the jump and test it out 🙂 and that lego looks awesome for this. any tips for tallent build on this as pvp? Ive been caught in a weird mix somewhere between this build and the tyrant build you show in your pvp video but i can never decide on vilefiend/soul strike?
sorry if i missed it in the vid, but why take vilefiend over from the shadows? i’d assume from the shadows would do more with all the extra damage you’re getting from demonbolt/shadowbolt
whats the best spec for random bgs? i'm kinda sick of affliction and wanna try demon – its better vs melee with all the stuns.. ALSO inner demons sucks… it keeps you in combat and now you cant mount and run…
I have one question, when do we pop our int increasing buffs and trinkets before or after summoning the tyrant? i do summon felguard vilefiend and dogs, cast the night fae spell for 8% stamina and i pop my cds and summon tyrant, or should i hold cds and pop after i have summoned tyrant? thats the only part im not sure im doing correct

Great job. Do you think this build will also be ok with horned nightmare?
you are popping those legendaries like nothing, thanks for the video 😂👍
I think we are on the same server. Bleeding Hollow US

Wuwi, what stats should we be gunning for as demo, haste mastery?

I think this build is disgusting single target. I know it’s not the most current best min max performing by a few hundred spec.
Great vid.. tnx for the help.. i have a question tho, when do we use implosion or do we really have to do it?
