Happy Friday, everyone! Today, we return to the heart of Azeroth to re-examine one of the deadliest criminals in Stormwind: Dextren Ward! After piecing together many forms of evidence, I believe I’ve arrived at what is likely one of the most well-kept secrets of this crook!

Tada!
first comment!
I really love your videos and theories, dude. Keep up the great work. You've made me take a second look at some quests in Vanilla I never thought much of.
He wasn't too good at Warding off his enemies.
So much lore and conspiracies in just the base game. That's why I love Vanilla
If you had to ascribe a percentage of undead raisings at Raven Hill to the embalmer and the necromancer, what would you estimate it at?
I think the ghouls belong to the embalmer and the skeletons belong to the necromancer.
Great video, ty for putting all the work in to it!
Funny how there's all this connecting content. It's not in any book. It's just the world this beautiful world that Chris metzen created.
Love these vids, good job.
I feel like this all branches off from how westfall was the first zone made. This big storyline being one of several to do with the whole kingdom of Stormwind. I wonder what other insights could be gained from figuring out what order each vanilla zone was made in?
Your videos carry a an undertone of nostalgia that has all but disappeared from gaming today. Thank you for keeping that spark alive for me.
Remember when the Ebonlockes were the good guys? Fuckin hate Legion.
on the topic of the undead cemetery considering how ingame wow is smaller than the same world in the lore just how many undead might be prowling duskwood , hundreds? thousands?
For me the stockades always felt a bit weird. Lore-wise it makes sense, of course, but they're mainly lvl 25 to lvl30 mobs. Just send in some of those lvl 60 guards and restore the order, lmao
Goated WoW content. I just love your channel in general, you ask questions I never even considered when I played WoW and I never knew I wanted the answers until you piece them together. Thank you for being such an awesome piece of this game's history!
Videos like this make me miss the good old days of WoW in the 2000s back when the game had so much mystery and was actively being worked on. Classic WoW truly was the greatest video game of all time… I dream for a day when I could find a game that was so deep in lore and expansive and just plain fun.
Nice analysis, it's interesting to imagine Dexten Ward as one of the defias brotherhood. Although perhaps it was convenient for them to join one another – Ward for protection in stockades and for Defias to bring even mre havoc to the area.
Very interesting!
The Zanzil conspiracy is still the most amazing connections videos I've ever seen
I learned more in this video than I ever did questing in WoW
Really cool theory, one that really connects all the big bads of the human starter zone. Looking forward for more!
Woooow, killer investigative journalism
very good!!!
Hi Jedi!
I've always been curious about Defias activity in Duskwood. This explains it nicely!
Nice connection with the masks. I doubt very many people have ever seen graverobbers drop one
I would also like to add that Dextron Ward is a clear reference to Charles Dexter Ward, a character from Lovecraft that took dead bodies and tried to reanimate them, to various degrees of success.
The NPC is actually a refence to de HP Lovecraft character in <The Case of Charles Dexter Ward>
I love Warlock Jedi! Watching since swimming around azeroth O:)
