I think maybe have the two dps relics offer similar dps output increase, with one having mana regen and the other having a damage mitigation effect. I can't see the stealth one adding a third thing like you said, maybe keep stealth at 10 seconds but it doesn't proc until you break combat so it never goes to waste if you don't kill the relic miniboss last.
the weird thing about that feral comment is that feral is the only class spec in the game that still snapshots dots with haste…. kinda odd to hear one say that….
It seems like the haste one is the most useful though I suppose there may be spots where you can time that stealth and speed.
