They delayed the expansion slightly due to how bad it was, then they spent hours, maybe days, animating and coding that abductor event.

Don't forget that not every class has an interrupt either… Blizzard still can't seem to understand that 5 of the 6 healers and 3 dps specs (non-demo locks and boomkin) do not have a reliable interrupt ability and giving mandatory mechanics for "interrupt this or die" is bullshit game development.
Stuns are not an interrupt, knockbacks are not an interrupt. They stop the cast, they do not interrupt the ability from being used.
Annnnd that just made me not want to play Shadowlands because The Vision timed system was dogshit.
Fuck Visions Fuck players that have 8 gems adventage because they played visions, fuck mythic +15 why the fuck u did that +10 was enaugh

Should o ly be able to fight off the Abductor if you own a game pad and plug it in and play the DDR timing combination game.
the other option is to bail on the maw at eye level 4 so you dont get abducted until you have the rep for the item.
i am sorry but the Maw sounds absolutely awful, easily one of the worst sounding end game zones ive heard of. That grind sounds horrible
The worst part of the abdsuct thing is that it takes forever. At least pull people up with some speed.

to me the whole game dosen`t sound fun at all
So they make it faster than ever to level alts. Then they go back and add annoying mechanics that honestly are there just to slow you down. These mechanics are to slow you down from fleshing out your character. Yet now you have all these alts……..
Imagine implementing even more unfun shit in the game besides restricting every system and time gating "content"
the maw with forcing people to die and lsoe points is like in gta when you do a heist and have to pay lester 500k for annoying you over the phone so stupid
playing in an unfun zone for a gem slot? NEVER!
