It’s a bug with pwave + tempest that make lightning bolts from pwave consume the arc discharge (40% damage on it) + consume the 10 maelstrom refund he got (it’s random), so basically, pwave boost those 4 lightning bolts he throw by 175% + 175% + 40% + 20% per each nature wolf he got that stack multiplicatively
