WW’s problem is that the fairly minimal utility it can bringer to raids can instead be brought by BM monks, which have always been very solid tanks.

People need to stop basing "BFA" damage to SL damage. Azerite traits are still being used and there's no way to determine what class is better than the other. "Beta" damage this early in the xpac is not going to dictate what a class is going to be 6 months into the xpac. At this point every dps class is rolling the dice on damage. Play what you enjoy and master your class. You will always be competitive.
I love how PvErs complain about one class doing less dps so they buff the damage, WW was already S tier in PvP, now they’re even better with the 5% dmg buff, but yeah Blizzard only cares about PVE so Im not suprised
Bm is going to be a cobra shot spam spec soon. Don't even waste a gcd on kill command
