While the change to curses is welcome, I can't see a foreseeable instance where this makes enough of a difference. With Affliction's rotation, dot management, SE managment, etc. is already enough that spending another global for setup on curses doesn't really seem worth it. Many mobs are straight up immune to the effects of curses. Demo's ramp up time hinders curse use as well. Destro might possibly see it more feasible.
