With the latest PTR build, Blizzard has significantly buffed the acquisition of Soul Ash and Soul Cinders in Patch 9.1.5. Besides that, repeat runs of Torghast now reward full Legendary Currency instead of being weekly-locked…..BUT WAIT THERE IS MORE….Blizzard has also allowed players the ability to level characters from 50-60 using only Torghast.
