Dang it blizzard I was wanting to go feral for shadowlands. Guess I'll stick with my crit chicken.
Seems like a snapshot of where blizzard was in balancing the conduit system. I believe general re-balance buffs are incoming soon. Feral has a good general tuning knob in place and is usually implemented toward the end of balance passes. FW was overtuned but is a minor nerf overall in pvp. I suspect that class balance is in the backseat for now so that the shadowlands systems aren't to polarizing and end up being to OP. In BFA we've had 3 major systems gradually being inserted per patch. Now it's all at once, in combo with an overall squish to everything; it's no wonder why they delayed launch. I wouldn't read to much in to it, it's still to early to tell.

Yeah I created x2 trial accounts 1 each faction and immediately they nerf Ferals, #FEELSBADMAN
Everytime I get tempted to pick up Shadowlands and try it out I hear about bullshit like this and I am given strength to resist.
Imagine they're reducing Bite-Damage to then increase bleeds in an other patch. – Playing Feral as the melee-Dot-class, that it should be/ I would want to actually play.
THIS was actually something I saw coming, simply because the devs quite obviously don't understand that there is a problem with Feral. That's why they did paltry changes and added a 5% buff to their abilities and called it done. No lets do another complete overhaul of Shadow, lets change things in Boomchicken form that don't really make sense. Let's return Holy power and Maelstrom to what they were before, when the class was working better and try to improve.
For Feral…. shrugs? IDK, they are okay right? Maybe we gave them too much with those across the board "buffs". Legion was a golden time for Feral, and before that for the most part, and after that for all of it, they just don't seem to care, or know what to do to make them unique or playable.
I feel like we knew we were gonna get the D so we opened our mouths. And the devs shoved it in our ass! Like come one at least let us pick the hole!
Please understand the difference in damage profile balancing and then overall aura buffs and nerfs. This was to bring the conduit itself into line with the other conduits. The spec as whole will be tuned very close to launch. They are two different tuning aspects. Also parse numbers affect how feral shows in the statistics. Due to the low number of parses, feral will show very low early on until more parses are recorded. We have moved up now due to the number of parses recorded. Also, no overall tuning has happened in relation to Shadowlands yet. The 4.3% aura was applied on beta to carry over from Prepatch.
P.S. I am only speaking to the conduit and PVE, as I do not PvP to any extent.

Feral needed nerfed . Don’t know why people are complaining .. I was able to 1v2 and stay over 45%HP .. Ferocious bites hitting for 7k good on blizzard getting nerfs out where they where needed
